Dima Ekimov

Dima was always eager to acquaint himself with the innermost workings of filmmaking. His honest desire is to dive deep into the technicalities of the cameraman work particulars: from Cine Tracer realistic cinematography simulator to C4D professional software solution and he is attuned to these features for more than 10 years. At 16 he was fond of still photography and two years later he got interested in videography, video editing and sound design as well.

Dima left Chelyabinsk for Moscow in 2016 to study at the School of Motion Picture and TV Arts “Industry” while simultaneously doing miniseries as the second unit. While working on short movie pieces he understood that this type of creative work is more congenial. He felt even more freedom while doing music videos and advertisements: here he could try something new and experiment with the real and imaginary worlds. During the last year Dima produced ads for Sberbank, VTB Bank, Delivery Club and Yandex and music videos for the Anacondaz, Russian singer Ramil и Russian hip-hop artist Slava KPSS.
